I interviewed for a marketing role with Signet. They reached out to me because they thought I would be a strong fit for the role and mentioned 2-3 rounds of interviews. After each round, another set of interviews were added. This went on for months. After more than 15 interviews, I was told I was not the right candidate. A highly negative experience that demonstrated their inability to make basic hiring decisions and a lack of value for candidates' time.
