Currently there is an online test that you take pre-interview to get screened out and to preview the job responsibility's.
At the interview stage the usual psychological questions for sales. How would you respond in an escalated customer service situation. How well do you take rejection and overcome "No".
They may interview you 2-3 times at different locations.

One professional interview. I was asked several question and made small talk. The second interview I was asked to start the following week. It is not the same way currently. The hiring process is different but can be just as speedy.

Came to a recruiting event with many different store managers from the district. On rotation for about 30 minutes to an hour. Was not asked any difficult questions and everyone was very friendly.
