Two stage interview. Met with COO first and completed DISC profile. Second interview was with Production Manager. Casual and friendly. Hiring process from application to offer was roughly 2 weeks.
Very easy and laid back, no difficult questions. Very informal process. I waited 30 minutes , met with HR and we got to know each other with minimal questions and information
