it was honestly really simple, you get contacted by the HR recruiter then the regional recruiter, and then you interview with either the DON, administrator or SDC. in my case they were amazing and gave me an opportunity when i had no experience at all

Just show up and be ready to promote yourself. Make sure you ask questions about your pay and status. Definitely, make sure you negotiate your pay. Make sure you get the highest amount that you can. Also choose flexpath.

Overall easy interview process. I interviewed over the phone and heard back quickly. Very pleasant conversation and I felt comfortable during the interview. She asked a lot of "tell me about a time" type of questions.
