Showed up to the interview and went to a conference room. Was asked some good questions but also really pointless ones like brain teasers and “gotcha” questions. I interviewed with the “CSM director” and was supposed to interview with the the COO? He didn’t show. Bad experience.

Had a phone interview with their HR and they had me come in on the same day to interview in person. I was scheduled to meet with the lead of customer success and the COO.
