      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez SignalPath en juin 2021

      Entretien

      A recruiter reached out for this position and it fit my background well. Had an initial call with a hiring manager and then another with dev manager. I then asked the recruiter some questions in regards to compensation and if the company had a flexible working arrangement (a balance between in office and remote work). The response I got was that their range was quite low for the area (and far lower than remote opportunities) and that they preferred to have people in the office full time. I then took myself out of the process after that. Good candidates want competitive salaries and flexible working arrangements, this is not the same tech market it was a decade ago. They seemed like nice people but way behind the times when it came to what it takes to attract talent.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your interview experience with SignalPath. I believe you may have received incorrect information from your recruiter or possibly have mixed us up with another company. We have a standard process where you would have met via video screen with the hiring manager and then move on to an interview panel of 3 or more people. Candidates do not speak with a dev manager as a second step. Additionally, SignalPath pays engineers at or above the current market value, so I believe this information is also incorrect. We also do not require staff to be in the office full time and have never done so since the company was formed. One of our perks is flexible working, so it's unclear why the recruiter would have given you that information. I apologize that this incorrect information was passed along to you, and assure you that the information regarding these two very important factors you have listed is not correct.
