Interview was short. They mostly want to know if you're ok doing mostly production. If you only want to do design this isnt the job for you. The toughest part is negotiating pay. Do not take less than $15 an hour. There is no benefits. Also, do not let promises for pay increases sway you. It's a 50 cent raise with no increases in pay kept.
