Honestly the interview process is pretty simple and easy. They are just looking for people that are hungry to win and make a lot of money. Show that you are competitive, is open to change, and can be coached and grow in this role. Someone who is overly cocky and doesn't have the ability to be humble and learn is not going to succeed in this position.
