I interviewed at Sifars for the role of Python Developer- Interview round 1 (Technical Round): All your past experience will be asked. Two problem statements will be given to code, which you will have to code sharing your screen. Most of your python concepts will be judged. Interview round 2 (Technical Round): Here again you will be judged on your python in-depth knowledge mainly on web development frameworks. Interview round 3 (Tech cum IQ Round) - Here you will be asked 3 puzzles to solve, which are of average difficulty level. Overall interviewee were very friendly and supportive. It was an wonderful experience.
