The hiring process was quuet simple and easy, i got interview 2 days after the deadline. The interview was kind of boring, as the interviewer was busy on his laptop throughtout the interview

I was invited to an onsite at the Richmond office. There were two interviews: one technical and one behavioral. I was interviewed by three engineers in the technical and was given two questions. I found that both questions were good ways to access my capabilities. The interview process felt like a collaboration with dialogue instead of having the interviewers watch me code without talking. The behavioral was done by an HR employee.
