Entretien
HR phone screening interview first, then Hiring Managers video interview. Two managers were present and both made questions related to previous experience and also captious questions and situational questions too. It lasted about one hour the video interview and 30 minutes phone call.

Describe some failure you had in the past with one customer and what you learned from that experience.
What would you tell a client when the system is not working and you can’t figure out yet what is failing.
What are the steps you follow for troubleshooting anything that isn’t working
Straight forward but a little slow to hear back in next steps. Good questions were asked and the people you speak with answer any questions and explain the position well.

Entretien
Met with Zone President and two regional managers. Asked a series of technical and customer service-related questions. A very pleasant experience overall. Nothing negative to say. I received a call back within a few hours.
