In depth. First a recruiter phone call. Then TWO assessments, eSkills then a Predictive Index test. Moved along to an actual performance writing exercise that was timed at one hour... moved into multiple zoom interviews. Even with three partners. Only to be GHOSTED. Never even received a "no thank you, we've moved to other candidates." What a letdown in what I thought would be a great firm to have a career and make contributions to the team.

Process entailed 4-5 rounds lasting anywhere from 30 mins to 1.5 hours. Met with multiple directors, a fellow manager, and numerous practice area team leaders. Expect to complete timed grammar and writing assessments as well as a PI index. Assessments weren’t horribly difficult. Just annoying. Overall process was time consuming but good.
