I was approached very politely and had a phone interview within the next day. Then followed by a face to face interview with the Hiring manager. I got another face to face in Paris within a week (they paid for my travels). They asked for my references and offered straight away - it was way too quick I had to take some time to think about it, but it was an offer I couldn't refuse and I am very ahppy I joined. They always took the time to answer my questions and give feedback. The recruitment coordinator alsways kept in touch with me during the whole process.
