Initial 30 minute Zoom Interview with the GM asking screening questions, what do you know about the company, why do you want to work here, etc. What skills do you feel like you would bring to the position. First level questions, basically. It wasn't until I asked about the company culture and looked at their website and realized that there was. not even one POC on their staff. It would be crazy to think that I was the ONLY POC who applied for this position. Plain and simple, THEY DO NOT HIRE BLACK PEOPLE!

Met with the head of HR/Operations, who then passed me on to the head of the company. Both were short interviews, but informative and allowed for plenty of questions. Was offered the chance to speak with an actual employee as well, which I took. Was grateful the process was so thorough, but thankfully it all took place very quickly, so there wasn't a lot of waiting around.
