Email resume and cover letter, then Skype screening interview with employee in France followed by multiple 1:1 interviews over a day with different senior members of the US offices. Very accommodating on the time and date. Quite long process to get any answer.

Really tried to make me feel comfortable, by getting to know more about me. Three interviewers had different roles in the interview process, as they tried to know more about me under different angles.
