Easy interview process. Started as a video call then met with a manager in person Knew expectations going into the job. The onboarding had a lot of steps. A lot of background checks
It was great, we talked about what the job was like. They were very accommodating to my work schedule. We talked about what to expect and how the pay would look like as I would be using my own car.

Very quick and easy. There is a virtual meeting to describe the job responsibilities and then you schedule a one on one interview and if you get the job they offer you the position right then and there
