The interview process was well-structured and smooth. The first round was a 90-minute live coding session focused on coding style, problem-solving, and overall coding knowledge. The second round was a deep technical discussion, mainly covering previous project experience and real-world scenarios. The final round was with the CTO, which was very comfortable and conversational, making the overall experience positive and encouraging.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Shuru (Bengaluru) en déc. 2025

The interview process was of 3 rounds in total.
The first round was taken as a system coding round. I was shared a problem statement and was asked to solve it live. The best part about this was that the interviewer was more interested in understanding how I solved the problem, the clean coding styles I followed, the searches I did and my approach. My approach to the problem and how I solved it.
The second round was around and in Flutter itself. The interviewer was interested to know if I understand the "why" behind the engineering steps. This was more on the side that you're aware of how things work internally, how commands are written the way it was, and the core understanding.
The third round was with the CTO. I was all grilled up preparing concepts but as it turned out it was more of a get to know you, your future goals, vision and how engineering-wise you're aligned into. It was a fun, conversation around the company, culture, my fitment, how teams work and how I can grow!
Overall, I'd say it wasn't the traditional grilling session but more on helping side with assistance in every step.
