Initial application online, once accepted you'll go through some security checks so handing in a lot of info and doing a DBS. After that's all done you'll go through their online courses and go through ACT awareness which does take some time then after that's all done you'll be guided in booking first shift. Process took a while.

The video interview is easy, its pre recorded, you have practice questions but you cant re record. Its three questions, why do you want to work for showsec, give an example of a time you had to solve an issue with a customer and what skills do you have

It was quite simple, video interview, about 3 questions and they gave you practice questions which I would recommend completing. Very useful for the interview. Questions like why showsec? And competency questions.
