3 step process consisting of an initial interview, a test and then a final interview. The first interview was focused on both parties explaining their background, skills and future plans. Coding test gave me the chance to show off my skills and use my initiative to create a landing page with appropriate animations. The final interview was a quick fire of short questions to understand my level of knowledge. It did last quite a long time but it was all quite relaxed. I would say it felt difficult however they just want to understand it’s the right choice for both you and the company.
