I was contacted by the company to consider a position. After a couple of phone calls met for dinner with a couple members of the leadership team. I was shocked by the level of drinking during the dinner and the lack of focus on core industry competencies.

A balance between informal and formal. I had a sit down interview with local branch management (Branch Mgr and Sales Mgr) as well as a meeting with the Regional VP. Very straight forward sales interview.
