I applied for the position and within 2 days I received a telephone call from Amy and we had an informal conversation regarding my experience and about the company, Amy said they would be in contact by the end of the week, Friday arrived and I received an email stating that they were still in the shortlist process apologised for the delay and that they would be in contact early the following week. I received a telephone call on the Monday asking to attend a face to face interview. On the day of the interview I received an email hoping I was well and still ok to attend the interview (which I thought was very nice and showed a caring employer)I arrived for the interview and was greeted by Amy who made me very welcome and relaxed. The interview was conducted by Beth and Amy it was relaxed informative and you could be yourself giving you time to give full answers and examples
