3 different interviews with different people staggered over 2 weeks. First interview is a lifestyle interview followed by another day one with a hiring manager, team lead all about 30 to 1 hour in length. Pretty standard process

Explain a time you dealt with a difficult customer how did you deal with it and how resolve the situation.
Typically 3 rounds. They do a good job of getting to know you and who you are. Then there's a gauntlet where they put you on the spot in some customer scenarios to figure out how you operate.

The process was straight forward, I filled out the form on the Shopify website from which it took about 2 days to hear back with an invite to a lifestyle interview. There it was just about getting to know me and how I got on the road that has led me to apply for this position.
After that I was invited to a technical interview which consisted of 2 chats and a Email.
Overall I highly recommend creating a test store before the technical interview as it helped out a lot in preparation.
The whole process took about a month
