- first call was with a recruiter to screen me after they reached out to me - second interview was with a design manager who did not review my resume or portfolio, but I had to present projects from my portfolio. They didn’t spend much time retaining information from the presentation and didn’t want to hear detailed answers when they questioned something. - third interview was with a recruiter who did not review my resume or portfolio and was distracted with their sibling/family member playing and making noise in the same room. They were distinctly not listening.

The recruiter got back approx. 2 weeks after my job application online. Got set up on a quick phone screening with recruiter based overseas. Call was informative, clear description of the role. However, as the interview went on, I felt slight lost of interest from the recruiter's end quite evidently. Heard back only a month later with a rejection citing a change in role requirement + lack of skill-fit.
