The interview process was very straightforward, the interviewer had a laid-back approach. Asked about my experience, and we talked like we were buddies. I had interviewed for the role before and didn't get it, but this time felt like the right time.

This interwar was different, i guess he just wanted to feel how I would relate with merchants over the phone, as we mainly discussed my experience. Even talked about my office set up, and turns out he's a music guy like myself.

Lengthy but well explained and scheduled interview process comprising of writing example emails, taking live chats and addressing a call. They give you the tools needed to prepare but it is stressful.
