I have only done the application and the interview with the recruiter so far. Still waiting for the technical interview. In the application, there is a typing test done at typing.com. After a few days, I received an invitation for a live interview with one of the recruiter. The recruiter was very friendly and I felt very relaxed.

Lengthy but well explained and scheduled interview process comprising of writing example emails, taking live chats and addressing a call. They give you the tools needed to prepare but it is stressful.
