The interview process was structured as most interview processes are - phone, skype (I'm from out of town), first in person, second in person but the structure of the interviews themselves were very loose. During the first in person interview the hiring agent just sat down to discuss different things that had happened in my past (tell me your life story, essentially). We spent only about 1/4 of the interview talking about work related topics. Skype interview focused on work specifics, which I was very comfortable with - standard interview questions. Second in person interview was an opportunity to speak with all stakeholders in the department, inclusive of other frontline employees. In all cases, the interview process was very laid back and not formal at all which goes along with the office environment. As I had arrived around lunch time, they had their daily catered lunch which they invited me to join them in. The people in the office are very laid back, but appear very capable and intelligent.
