Entretien
Interviews are straightforward. First interview is easy with just a conversation about you, your background, and to discuss any questions you may have.
Technical interview is more intense. One part is having two simultaneous web chats open that you need to resolve, which is fifteen minutes long. Then you'll have a 10 minute phone call. You'll be provided with a 6 page booklet on how to prepare. Definitely prepare and practice! Follow their directions to a T. Create the store and get to know the platform. Read over some simple help topics. They will be looking to make sure that your personalable, can tone match, can multi-task and respond quickly, and the biggest thing of all that you are always asking the right questions. Besides asking questions about the merchants background, inquire about what they're trying to do and why. Make sure you offer above and beyond help, and make sure the customer stays on the platform.

Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Lengthy but well explained and scheduled interview process comprising of writing example emails, taking live chats and addressing a call. They give you the tools needed to prepare but it is stressful.

Question 1
If I was a customer and I wrote in with "x" question, can you share what you would respond?
Technical + life story - two interviews one where you describe stuff about yourself and then a skill testing technical interview with chats and phones to test what you'd be doing in the role
