Had a phone interview and then was called in for an inperson interview. Everyone was very kind and friendly and the interview was casual which helped put me at ease. Unfortunately, I didn't get a job offer, but I felt welcomed and liked the vibe, so I'd consider applying again. The wait time inbetween each stage wasn't cool though. The other reviews are right that they keep you on tenterhooks thinking you're going to get through to the next stage, so I hope they improve that. I'd rather just rip the bandaid off.
