After 1st screening, face to face interview done. Normal basic questions asked. Checking on your strength of customer handling skills and dispute cases, weakness and strength was asked, stress management asked
Was quite standard - went through HR followed by hiring manager and director. Mix of situational questions and technical questions. Generally was overly difficult nor easy. Was pretty standard and normal
