HR replies to application quickly. Interview is in 3 steps. 1st interview - with HR, 2nd interview- case study, 3rd interview- with department head. Overall, very friendly and quick to respond. Study shopee's current marketing efforts and think of what you can improve so that you are ready for case studies.
Whole process took two months.
In the beginning, it is quite fast, but as you move up the ladder, the interviews are spaced much longer. I'm assuming this is because the hiring managers are busier. But overall, they are professional and polite. It was an okay process.
