Bad experience overall for the campus recruitment, mainly because of inconsistent interview process and bad interview with the hiring "manager". The first 2 rounds were ok - an online psychometric test and HR interview. Afterwards, I was told to do a case study with a 3-days deadline before I proceed to the hiring manger interview. However, I was told that it was not required anymore, so my time and effort were wasted. The last interview was bad and was conducted on a weekend by an associate (not even a manager). The interviewer is inexperienced in conducting an interview, was uninterested from the start and seemed to be rushing to end the interview. This is because questions asked were few and mostly behavioural, but they were convoluted and were asked all together at once.

Hr interview - study case - no feedback after that. The former recruiter said that i’m in advance stage and she handed over to the new recruiter, i tried to follow up to the new recruiter but there’s no reply
