First phone screening by recruiter - the objective was to get to know the candidate more and there's no JD for the role provided as they want to match the candidate to any suitable openings or potential roles based on the screening. Second stage was with hiring manager.

The initial process was fast. Completed all interviews within a week. The interviewers were friendly and shared more about the role. The interview outcome took quite long to be shared.

Interview process was quite fast and first round was with recruiter and subsequently with the hiring side. Recruiter was energetic and friendly during the whole process. Took about 1 or 2 weeks before the next round of interview.

Many rounds of interview. Response was fast and straightfoward. Interviewer was polite, but didn't seem to ask much on the candidate skills and experience. Plus the salary range was not made clear from the beginning, it's kinda wasted my time.
