I applied online through the website and got an interview invitation 1 week after.
I think the interview consists of 2 stages.
1. HR interview
2. Interview with PM
The HR interview process can be done either through Skype or Whatsapp Call. It took around 30 minutes. I didn't pass through the first stage so I'm not sure what the second stage would be like. The result of the interview took around 1 week after the interview.

1. Call with HR - mostly administrative
2. Interview with team lead - business questions, some tech questions, some behavioural questions. Focus is on the business end. Minimal to no tech skills required.
