Online Assessment (if applicable): Tests to evaluate technical skills, problem-solving ability, or aptitude. 3. Technical Rounds First Technical Round: Focuses on core technical skills related to the job (e.g., coding, design, domain knowledge). Second Technical Round (if required): May involve more in-depth problem-solving, system design, or specialized questions. 4. Managerial Round Conducted by the hiring manager to evaluate the candidate’s experience, ability to handle challenges, and alignment with the team’s goals and company culture. 5. Behavioral/HR Round Focuses on soft skills, work ethics, conflict resolution, and cultural fit using behavioral questions like “Tell me about a time when…” 6. Case Studies or Presentations (Optional) For certain roles, candidates might be asked to prepare a case study, give a presentation, or solve a live problem. 7. Final Interview Sometimes conducted by senior leadership or stakeholders to ensure alignment with company values and vision. 8. Offer and Background Verification If selected, the company extends an offer letter detailing compensation, role, and benefits.
