Hiring Process of Shipsy is clear and very crisp in terms of Smooth process. 1. Round 1 was with HR, were she checks if the communication is good with background of the candidate and current role. 2. Round 2 will be scheduled if you are confirmed by the HR, this round is basically for understanding candidates entire background and what projects we currently work upon, the interviewer explains everything in detail about the role and what are the expectation for them hiring for this role. 3. Round 3 was more specific to understand more about the candidate himself/herself, In order to convince the person taking round 3, we definitely need to stand out of the crowd and be the best version of your self in the meeting. 4. Round 4, was the difficult round with the COO/CEO, this round will be gist of all 3 rounds we have given and the CEO needs to be convinced before hiring for an higher role, if convinced do make a point the process expedites really fast with HR person. 5. In my case, I was asked to have an Face to face meeting with one team member of Product team, who was visiting a customer office for meeting and hence met him in that course. 6. Post F2F meeting, Now the process ends here and you are asked to provide few details before receiving the offer letter.
