The interview process was great! Brief assessment> Recruiting Screen> Panel Interview> CEO Interview. I applied for Shippo online and I loved everything about the process. An assessment was sent to me after submitting my application which I completed the same day. I received a response a few days after and scheduled phone screen with recruiter. It was a ten minute chat where she asked me about my philosophy on customer service and my past jobs. She then reached out the next day to schedule interviews with 5 people in the company. It was not a panel interview where everyone would speak to you at the same time but instead it was individually and back to back- so she told me it would be a total of three hours. At first this news was daunting, but when I actually interviewed it turned out to be the best interview(s) I've ever gone through! (And I've had my share of interviews =/ )The interviews went well, all were run so naturally. The people of Shippo TRULY care about who they are hiring. I cannot recall any question that I was stuck on because they were not trying to set me up for failure but instead trying to to figure out WHO I was. (They can see WHAT you've done on your resume.) That truly meant a lot to me especially with my background and not-so-fun experiences. IT simply feels good when people treat you like you're human! If you have the skills, drive and truly are a good person, you will do well interviewing with Shippo.
