A 3 stage process; pre-record your answers to set questions , 45 minute assessment and a zoom meeting with the MD. The interview was pretty easy, usual questions. However, much like other reviews I was left in the dark after the interview. I was told I would know the outcome ‘soon’. However, after weeks of waiting I was not even alerted that I hadn’t got the job. I simply saw it readvertised. Very unprofessional and quite rude to not follow up particularly after a three stage process.
