I applied the 2019 graduate program and I received a phone interview the next day after submitting my application. The HR staff was very friendly and the process lasted for about 15 mins.

Online Application - basic questions about why you want the job etc. Received a phone call about a month later inviting me to the assessment centre
Assessment Centre - Group Activity. On zoom, moved into break out rooms to complete activity. Email 2 days after AC saying unsuccessful, only 15 people in my AC and dit not receive any feedback.
