There was an open book test, which allowed for online searches. Test was mostly about mechanics learned in university. After the test, there was a normal interview with HR and engineers.

HR will first shortlist you among many candidates. After which there will be a first interview with the manager of the department where he will check your competency. Second interview the senior management of the department will be involved to understand your character.

Technical test prior to interview that focuses on engineering fundamentals and numerical skills/knowledge relevant to the job scope. Did not proceed with the interview due to lengthy process of the technical test prior to interview
