1st interview was by phone to see if the position can match 2nd Interview was technical (with futur responsible and colleague) to see the way I respond to a request (mindset and behaviour) 3rd interview was with one of the founders to check if the project matches 4th interview with the CEO to see what kind of personality I do have. The CEO told me the details of the offer they were making during that interview.
