It was straightforward, a few different calls from different teams and conversational. Nice people to chat to and good practice for people right out of college, only one interview was needed.
Interviewer said at the end of the phone call the position does not exist but they're evaluating markets to decide where to hire and they could reach out to me in the future. I asked what the timeframe was to have a position available to be hired into and the answer I was received was anywhere from 1 day from now, to months from now to not at all. I felt it was a waste of both of our times, to have job ads listed, interviews being conducted for positions that don't even exist.
