Applied online and got a response from TA about scheduling a phone screen with a recruiter. It was a pretty casual conversation about my experience and company culture. I got a two follow on interviews with hiring managers for a couple positions. The hiring managers were friendly and polite. Both interviews felt more like a professional conversation then an interview. They asked me to talk through my resume and then asked follow up questions specific to the role. Ultimately, I wasn’t selected to move forward, but overall it was a professional experience. Everyone I interfaced with seemed genuine and passionate about the company’s mission.
