Entretien
First by phone, then in person. Spoke with engineers, CAD lead, IT guy, HR director. There was a written cad exam that involved identifying common abbreviations and commands. Then there was a practical exam that involved grading in a road. I passed and I felt we hit it off famous. After the interview I got a call back about six months later asking if I would speak with one of the principles. Unfortunately, I had already moved on!

Entretien
It was straight forward and they made their decision quick, which I appreciated. Only met with the CFO. We had a good conversion of the role and expectations. I didn’t have to wait long to know where I stood. Received the offer same day.

Entretien
One call with HR and then calls with the local manager. The HR call was clearly aligned with filtering candidates before sending them to the next interview level. The call with the manager was to discuss role, title, project experience, and level of interest.

Entretien
The interview process was very basic. I had an interview with an HR coordinator to get to know some of skills/goals/wants etc. I then had an on-site interview with the head of IT and no technical questions were asked, just more of a get to know me kind of thing. Very pleasant.
However, I interviewed right before COVID lockdown and the company refused to respond to any of my e-mails for an update and left me in the dark for almost 4 months before I finally recieved an answer. Pretty unacceptable to have to wait that long for an answer.
