I was referred by a salesman that I've known for a long time. I did a phone interview, then a store visit a week later where I interviewed the manager and assistant manager about thier jobs. About 2 weeks later I met with 2 city managers both 1:1. I was told that I would be contacted in 10 business days but it was over a month later when I was called in for another interview with the district manager. When I was done with him I met with a district sales manager. I was then offered the job. I then had to go get a physical and wait until they did background research for a starting date. I was told I would be training at one location near my house but last minute they changed it to a location 1.5 hours away.
