Once I applied, they emailed me requesting a time and date to interview. The process took about a week after I applied to receive an email offer. Then it took another week to confirm drug test and to start working. I interviewed with the head HR person and 1 other supervisor from one of the shifts.

Quick formal and informative , asked about my work history and different skills I can offer. Everything was done efficiently. Answered all of the questions that I had about the position and job. Seemed to be pretty transparent about the company as a whole.
