Phone Interview, Followed by store visit and Interview with District Manager- Follow the store visit guide that will help you and take you through the job you will be doing. Sherwin William process of interview is very transparent. I finished my store visit and got call for interview with district manager. Remember to keep the store visit guide you have to carry it for District Manager Interview.
Very communicative and upfront about everything. Process is very simple as you go step by step. Has 3 stages when I participated in it. They are big on questions so feel free to ask them and bring them.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.
