After initial recruiting interview, there is a group interview with current the principal and other faculty. The interview was virtual, but you are still expected to dress professionally. Each faculty member asked a few questions pertaining to my interest in the job, previous relevant experience, and prior training.

I met with the head of the Forbush School and learned about the school and their needs for an educational assistant. I returned a week later to observe a classroom, tour the school, and meet several staff members.
