The interview process was fairly common and in line with today's practices. I completed a brief phone interview with the office manager and a Zoom interview was scheduled with the attorney I would be eventually be assigned to. It was very relaxed and I didn't feel any pressure to be "on" or extra. I sent a thank you email shortly after the Zoom interview and was advised almost immediately that I would hear back from the firm very soon. They made an offer the same day.
