First applied online, then received a link to carry out some verbal and quantitative reasoning tests. Very difficult but managed to go through the next stage. I had a telephone interview with someone in their finance department from Aberdeen. They called the wrong number initially but it lasted for about 20 minutes. Started well but could have gone better overall. A good experience for me. The telephone questions are very similar the ones you find online here.
