Went through an interactive experience called the Virtual Job Tryout and on-demand video interview (ODVI). The Virtual Job Tryout takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and you are able to access this on any internet-connected device. After completing your Virtual Job Tryout, you will start the on-demand video interview (ODVI), which should take you 10-15 minutes.

After submitting application you are sent a Hireview link with numerical and verbal reasoning questions and ends with 3 video interview questions that are untimed. If successful, you are invited to a virtual case study interview.

3 questions for a video interview. It was online and you get as much time as you want to prepare so there is no time pressure. You can also retake either question 3 times.
Many questions, especially focused on how I could improve shell by qualities I have learned from my studies and previous work experience. Very friendly and open environment. Took about one hour.
